Partnering with nonprofit Boards and senior executives, Michele leads an inclusive and aspirational search process for nonprofit CEOs/Executive Directors and senior executives in fundraising, mission/programs, finance, operations, marketing, and other areas. She also consults with nonprofits on succession and transition planning, board governance, visioning, and nonprofit executive compensation.
